Dependent on the room, whether it's a repaint or new construction, a different type of paint may be required. 

Generally, we prefer acrylic (water based) paints that are low odour and have no volatile organic compounds (zero VOC) paints. These paints are the least toxic, most environmentally sound paints. They offer great coverage, crisp colours and a durable finish.
